Hi! I’m Saowalak Whitley, a digital product designer currently based in New York City.

I’m a perfectionist with a keen eye, passionate about creating thoughtful designs that make a real impact.

With over 10+ years of experience, I’ve led and contributed to cross-functional design initiatives in fin-tech, AI/ML, live streaming, e-commerce, health-tech, gamification and more. I’ve learned how to balance user needs with business goals, and I’ve really sharpened my problem-solving skills. I pay close attention to detail and care a lot about getting things right.

I’m using the major UX/UI tools and AI agent, plus some front-end basics like HTML, CSS and JS. I’m always up for a challenge and love exploring new technologies to keep growing as a designer.
